Deposit Policy

A deposit is required to confirm and secure your reservation at Cliff Side Dreams. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to arrival. Booking details, payment instructions, and due dates will be provided at the time of confirmation. Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms and refund eligibility will be outlined at the time of booking and must be reviewed prior to confirming your reservation. We recommend notifying us as early as possible if your travel plans change. Refunds, if applicable, may vary depending on the timing of the cancellation.

Pet Policy

Pets may be permitted upon approval and with a signed pet waiver prior to arrival. Guests are fully responsible for supervising their pets at all times and for any damages, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused during their stay. To ensure the comfort of all guests, we ask that pets remain off furniture and bedding unless otherwise agreed upon.

Quiet hours, occupancy limits, and property guidelines will be shared before check-in. Any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning requirements may result in additional charges.
